By keeping costs to a minimum, we offer premium Japanese horumon at a price much lower than usual. Meat is delivered fresh every day from a wholesaler in Osaka. We also take pride in rare cuts such as honeycomb tripe, omasum, and neck cartilage — the Hormone Assortment (500g) lets you try a variety of cuts at once.
